Grabar Law Office Is Currently Hiring Associates

Litigation Associate (2-5 years of experience)

We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and passionate attorneys to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work on numerous, high-stakes, meaningful, seven to ten figure cases. You will have the opportunity to participate and collaborate with people from different and diverse backgrounds as part of the team at our firm and with firms with whom we collaborate.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Investigate potential new class action cases involving federal antitrust law, the federal securities laws, and consumer protection laws.
  • Review, summarize, and highlight evidence gathered from documents.
  • Legal Research using Westlaw.
  • Conduct all phases of civil discovery, including drafting written discovery requests, and preparing for and conducting depositions.
  • Draft briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.
  • Assist senior attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions.
  • Identify, select and prepare expert witnesses.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • 2-5 years’ class action litigation experience strongly is preferred.
  • Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, or California bar admission is preferred.
  • Highly accomplished academic and employment credentials.
  • Superior writing, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a high level of initiative.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with internal law firm and external attorney and client contacts.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proficient in eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Ringtail, Kroll, and Everlaw.

Discovery Counsel (4+ years of experience)

The Firm is currently seeking to fill a Discovery Counsel position with a minimum of 4 years of experience in document review. The Discovery Counsel position will have the ability to work remotely.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Candidates should have minimum of 4 years of experience in document review in antitrust class action cases.
  • Candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as strong analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Candidates must have a strong work ethic and an ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Candidates should be licensed to practice law in the United States (in any state) and have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Candidates should be proficient in eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Ringtail, Kroll, and Everlaw.
