Progenity settled a civil fraud action brought by the United States under the False Claims Act to recover treble damages sustained by, and civil penalties and restitution owed to, the Government, arising from Progenity’s schemes to defraud the United States in connection with the submission of claims for payment to federally-funded healthcare programs.

Current Progenity shareholders who have held shares of the Company’s stock since at least July 2020 have standing to seek corporate governance reforms, the return of funds back to company coffers and potentially a court approved incentive award if appropriate. $PROG
