Investigation on Behalf of McDonald's Corp Shareholders (NYSE: MCD)

Grabar Law Office is investigating a potential shareholder derivative action on behalf of shareholders who have continuously held McDonald’s common stock since February 1, 2016.

A class action complaint was recently filed alleging sexual harassment and discrimination on behalf of the 5,000 women who worked at the 100 corporate-run McDonald's locations in Florida since 2016.

It is the duty of the Board and/or the Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility Committee (“SCRC”) to reduce occurrences of workplace sexual harassment and/or occurrences of retaliation for reporting workplace sexual harassment.  Yet, it appears that management may have failed to fulfill its corporate and social responsibilities with respect to gender equity and reduction of sexual harassment in the workplace.
