Charles E. Mangan has extensive experience in all stages and aspects of Complex and Class Action Litigation, including the drafting of pleadings, discovery materials, and motion practice involving Securities, Antitrust, Consumer Protection, Pharmaceutical, Employment, Medical Device & Product Liability cases. He has shepherded cases from conception to completion, including class certification and the MDL consolidation process, through trial and settlement.
