Sati Gibson, Esq. | Complex Class Action Litigation
Ms. Gibson has more than twenty years of experience representing plaintiffs in complex litigation in federal and state courts, with a particular concentration in class action matters involving antitrust, securities, ERISA, wage and hour, and consumer protection claims.
Throughout her career, Ms. Gibson has independently managed all phases of litigation, from initial investigation and case development through discovery, expert coordination, settlement negotiations, and resolution. She has extensive experience conducting legal research and analysis, drafting briefs and memoranda, managing large-scale discovery projects, preparing deposition materials, and developing litigation strategies in complex, multi-party actions.
Ms. Gibson has developed substantial experience in antitrust litigation, including matters involving pharmaceutical pricing, generic drug markets, and allegations of anti-competitive conduct. Her securities litigation experience includes representing institutional investors and pension funds in actions involving corporate misconduct and breaches of fiduciary duty. She has also represented consumers and employees in matters arising under federal and state consumer protection, ERISA, and wage and hour laws.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Gibson is recognized for designing efficient case management systems and leveraging advanced legal technology to improve litigation workflows. She has extensive experience utilizing e-discovery platforms and artificial intelligence tools to streamline document review, analysis, and production in large-scale matters.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Gibson served as a Staff Attorney with Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, where she represented senior citizens in guardianship, bankruptcy, and civil matters and expanded access to legal services through community outreach initiatives.
Education: Ms. Gibson received her Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Oberlin College and her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
Bar Admissions: Ms. Gibson is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
