Grabar Law Office has filed a class action complaint against Altria Group, Inc. (“Altriaâ€) and Juul Labs, Inc. (“Juulâ€), for alleged violations of antitrust laws for entering into anticompetitive agreements in which Altria agreed to refrain from competing against Juul in the United States market for “e-cigarettes†in return for a substantial ownership interest in Juul.
