Grabar Law Office Files Antitrust Class Action Against Altria Group, Inc. and Juul Labs, Inc.

Grabar Law Office has filed a class action complaint against Altria Group, Inc. (“Altria”) and Juul Labs, Inc. (“Juul”), for alleged violations of antitrust laws for entering into anticompetitive agreements in which Altria agreed to refrain from competing against Juul in the United States market for “e-cigarettes” in return for a substantial ownership interest in Juul.
