GRABAR LAW OFFICE INVESTIGATES CLAIMS ON BEHALF OF SHAREHOLDERS OF ICAHN ENTERPRISES, L.P. (NASDAQ: IEP)

Grabar Law Office is investigating potential claims on behalf of Icahn Enterprises, L.P. (NASDAQ: IEP) shareholders. The investigation concerns whether certain officers and director of Icahn Enterprises have breached their fiduciary duties owed to the company.

On May 10, 2023, on Form 10-Q, Icahn Enterprises reported that “the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York contacted Icahn Enterprises L.P. on May 3, 2023 seeking production of information relating to it and certain of its affiliates’ corporate governance, capitalization, securities offerings, dividends, valuation, marketing materials, due diligence and other materials.” The Wall Street Journal followed the announcement with an article entitled “Icahn Enterprises Under Federal Investigation.” The article reported that “federal prosecutors opened an inquiry into Carl Icahn’s investment company.”

Current long-term Icahn Enterprises shareholders can seek corporate reforms, the return of funds spent defending litigation back to the company, and a court approved incentive award, at no cost to them.
