Grabar Law Office has filed a stockholder derivative action, brought on behalf of Regions against the Individual Defendants for breaching their fiduciary duties by consciously, intentionally, and/or recklessly allowing the Company to operate in blatant and obvious violation of laws and regulations essential for managing its credit and debit services, particularly with respect to its overdraft fee collection policies and practices, and intentionally delaying the implementation of the basic changes necessary to gain compliance.
